Administrative Assistant - Madrid

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.

• Organizational capacity and attention to detail are very important.

• Strong teamwork skills and accustomed to managing a high volume of work

• Proficiency in Office 365 and OneDrive

• Proficiency in Excel.

We are currently looking to hire an Administrative Assistant at our Sacyr ferroviarias subsidiary in Madrid, who shares our commitment to quality, responsibility, and excellent service.

• Requesting medical examinations prior to onboarding.

• Railway authorizations: coordination with center managers and training entities.

• Consolidation of KPIs (training, leadership, and other indicators).

• Management of documentation in centers with partner companies, ensuring compliance with Sacyr's own requirements.

• Monitoring different worksites for the monthly submission of waste management, water consumption, fuel consumption, paper consumption, chemical consumption, and environmental costs carried out at the various worksites.

• Registration in the internal platform of:

  • waste management, water consumption, fuel consumption, paper consumption, and chemical consumption of the worksites.

  • Environmental authorizations requested and granted at the worksites, extracting the applicable requirements.

  • Non-conformities

  • Setting-out minutes and acceptance minutes

  • Environmental training, etc.

• Collaborating in the preparation/layout of any required documentation (e.g., quality plans, waste management plans, procedures, etc.).

• Reviewing the correct registration of data uploaded to the internal platform along with the attached evidence, before being externally audited.
