The role

Your mission will be to provide both in-person and telephone patient care according to the parameters set by the Center, in order to guarantee excellent service and treatment to the patient.

What you'll do

💙In-person and telephone assistance for patients calling or visiting the Center.

💙Advising and resolving problems that patients may raise.

💙Performing administrative tasks for appointments and medical service schedules.

💙Coordinate activities with those of other professionals at the Center.

💙Billing and monitoring of collections.

💙Any other functions that may be associated with the position.

💙Participating in the correct management of bio-sanitary waste.
