SAP Functional Payroll Consultant

From our business unit SAP Solutions, we deliver operational and strategic outsourcing solutions to clients.

Your duties include:

• Ensuring accurate personnel and payroll administration for the assigned client(s).

• Monitoring, calculating and checking salaries for your client(s).

• Guiding and advising clients on payroll, personnel administration and social legislation.

• Building sustainable trust-based relationships with clients.

• Answering employee questions about their file, on behalf of their employer.

• Keeping your knowledge up to date across the various domains of payroll and personnel administration.

• Actively seeking improvements and optimizations to existing work processes.

The salary range will be discussed during the first contact with the Talent Acquisition team, by phone or email.

You have a passion for payroll and personnel administration and are eager to support clients optimally. In addition:

• You have initial experience in Belgian payroll OR payroll within an SAP environment.

• You have a strong interest in HR, with a particular focus on payroll and social legislation.

• You have strong communication skills and a good command of Dutch and English.

• Opbouwen van duurzame vertrouwensrelaties met klanten.

• Beantwoorden van vragen van werknemers over hun dossier, in naam van hun werkgever.

• Up-to-date houden van je kennis binnen de verschillende domeinen van payroll en personeelsadministratie.

• Actief zoeken naar verbeteringen en optimalisaties van bestaande werkprocessen.
