We are looking for the new star signing for our team as an HR Specialist

We are Sesame HR, the digital solution that helps Human Resources teams, managers, and companies optimize personnel management processes by centralizing them in a single platform.

🤖 What do we need you to know how to do?

• Select personnel from different profiles (product, revenue, demand generation, etc.) with previous experience in talent selection in SaaS environments, using various job portals and different recruitment sources, including headhunting.

• Manage the entire onboarding process so that new colleagues feel welcome and ready to start.

• Create training plans, identifying needs and coordinating with training centers, including the management of notifications through Fundae.

• Develop and manage career plans, evaluating performance, providing feedback, and helping to continuously improve.

• Have knowledge of payroll and occupational risk prevention (PRL).

• Handle English perfectly.

• Use generative AI and automation tools to improve selection, onboarding, training, data analysis, and internal communication processes.
