The role
At Solenis, our Customer Service representatives act as the key orchestrators of our business processes. You will be responsible for managing the complete Order-to-Cash cycle for strategic B2B industrial accounts within the Paper Division in Spain and Portugal.
In close collaboration with sales representatives, production plants, and logistics operators (4PL), you will coordinate the execution of orders from receipt through to final delivery and invoicing. This position requires an analytical mindset, initiative, and a proactive capacity for problem-solving, ensuring that our customers' production lines are not interrupted.
What you'll do
Order management and processing:Accurately enter, manage, and follow up on customer orders in SAP. Verify commercial terms, offers, quantities, and prices to ensure error-free transactions.
Logistics and interdepartmental coordination:Act as a direct liaison with production plants in Europe, local warehouses, and our logistics operator to organize timely shipments and deliveries.
Order-to-Cash cycle control:Monitor the entire order lifecycle. Issue invoicing in a timely and accurate manner, and interact with the Credit and Collection department (Cash & Collection) when blocks arise due to credit limits.
Customer service and incident resolution:Be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries. Manage delivery status, claims, merchandise returns, and price adjustments via credit or debit notes.
Sales team support:Work in constant collaboration with account managers and sales delegates to convey customer feedback, operational incidents, or specific needs.
Data maintenance:Keep customer files, transaction records, and internal department documentation up to date.
