Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, or similar.
Minimum of 2 years of previous professional experience in auditing or a similar role.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Advanced level of English to perform international reporting.
Availability to travel internationally (approximately 5 trips per year within Europe).
Analytical profile, with attention to detail and business vision.

Nice to have

Experience in using PowerBI will be positively valued.

At Talent Match, we are selecting a Controller to join their subsidiary in Spain located in Sant Joan Despí.

What you'll do

Ensure accounting and tax compliance at both national and international levels, in coordination with the Accounting and Administration departments.
Participate in the budgeting process, analysis of results, and control of deviations, providing proposals for improvement.
Supervise expenses, income, cash flow, and balance sheets, providing financial support for strategic decision-making.
Prepare financial reports and ad-hoc analyses related to sales, margins, costs, and other key indicators.
Manage and analyze information through ERP
Develop and implement dashboards and reporting, ensuring data quality and reliability.
Collaborate in the implementation of new tools and in the continuous improvement of processes, optimizing the flow of information between the different areas of the company.
