Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or similar.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction production and/or technical office (experience in single-family housing and public works will be especially valued).

Advanced proficiency in: AutoCAD, Microsoft Project and/or Presto, Revit or BIM environment. Knowledge of Rhino and Lumion will be positively valued.

Deep knowledge of construction processes, planning, and resource management.

Proactive, autonomous person, with a high orientation toward detail and meeting deadlines.

The role

Established architecture studio, founded in 2013, with its main headquarters in Sabadell (Barcelona) and an office in Madrid since 2020. Specialized in innovative projects of any scale: single-family homes, public works (schools, facilities), comprehensive renovations, etc.

What you'll do

Responsible for construction production, mainly single-family homes and public works.

Preparation of detailed budgets, measurements, and item comparisons.

Carrying out periodic site visits alongside the site manager to control planning, progress, and quality.

Close collaboration with the architects responsible for the studio's own projects.

Technical support during the execution phase and resolution of construction issues.

Monitoring of certifications and economic control of the works.
