What you'll do

You will join the Engineering Management Office department at our center located in Las Matas.

Your mission as an Organization Engineer will be to manage organization, training, outsourcing, and Engineering budgets, and to monitor engineering performance in projects.

And to do this, you will perform functions such as: 💻🔍

  • Developing engineering project planning.
  • Measuring and monitoring the progress of engineering activities in projects, identifying trends and deviations.
  • Managing the outsourcing of engineering services, conveying the needs of the different engineering areas to the Purchasing department for correct contracting and within the necessary timeframes to meet the schedules of ongoing projects.
  • Performing and analyzing the workload and capacity of the functional areas that are part of the engineering management.
  • Measuring and monitoring engineering budgets in projects, taking into account possible risks and opportunities.
