Requirements

- Technical Engineering or Higher Engineering degree, or a Master's degree in Engineering.
- Extensive experience at Talgo or in similar positions at other companies.
- Knowledge of Regulation 779, Regulation 402 (CSM), and CENELEC standards 50126-1/-2, 50128, 50129.

What you'll do
You will join the RAMS department at our center located in Majadahonda, Madrid.
Your mission as Technical Engineering Team Leader for RAMS Operations will be to coordinate and supervise the people and technical tools under your responsibility, with the aim of providing the team and projects with adequately qualified personnel, ensuring that the technical work carried out meets the defined requirements and objectives and complies with the company's best practices, seeking standardization and continuous improvement of processes, working methods, and technical solutions related to RAMS.
To this end, you will carry out, among other functions:
- Plan, organize, advise, and verify the work of your team, regardless of where it is assigned, supervising its development, approving final results, and implementing the necessary corrective actions in the event of deviations.
