We need to hire a PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for a perfumery and cosmetic products company located in Polinyà.

-Production planning (Prepare work calendars and schedules, define quantities, times, and resources necessary to meet objectives)

-Handling of IT tools (Excel, Word, ERP-->SAP).

-Resource management (Control the use of raw materials, supplies, and materials, coordinate with suppliers to guarantee availability and quality).

-Quality and process control (Supervise that products comply with established standards, detect incidents, and propose improvements in processes).

-Administrative management (Prepare production reports and efficiency reports, register data in management systems (ERP, control sheets, etc.), handle documentation related to orders, delivery notes, and internal invoicing).

-Organized, responsible, and meticulous person.

-Office automation knowledge in Excel and SAP
