Requirements

What we're looking for

🔹 Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish.

🔹 Native or bilingual proficiency in Basque.

🔹 English level B1/B2.

🔹 Compulsory Secondary Education or equivalent.

🔹 To be at least 18 years old and have legal documentation to work in Spain.

🔹 Good communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

🔹 Basic technical knowledge and fluency in using computers and digital devices.

🔹 Good typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

🔹 Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays, according to service needs.

🔹 Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

Do you have experience as a Basque Customer Service AGENT (M/F/X) or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in SPAIN.

What you'll do

✔️ Attend to customers through the assigned communication channels.

✔️ Identify their needs, resolve basic technical problems, and offer step-by-step instructions.

✔️ Explain technical information in a clear and professional manner.

✔️ Manage customer interactions using internal systems and following established procedures.

✔️ Handle inquiries and incidents with empathy, resolve problems, and escalate the most complex cases when necessary.

✔️ Maintain accurate records and meet quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity objectives.

How you'll work

📅 Schedule: Full-time, 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a rotating schedule between 8:00 and 20:00 h.
