Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational Training (FP) in the administrative field.
Experience in customer service / communication skills.
Fluency with IT tools.
To have immediate availability for incorporation.
Proximity to the work area.
Sense of responsibility, seriousness and high motivation for work.

Nice to have

Driving license and own vehicle, valued, only in case of living far away.

The role

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to cover a maternity leave whose functions will be to support the administrative team at the Sant Celoni ITV Station, in customer service, reception of vehicle documentation, as well as applying the corresponding rates, collecting payments and delivering reports, in addition to filing tasks and processing files.
