We are looking for a Talent & Organization professional for the Digital Learning group, based in Madrid or Barcelona, who will work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders to co-create and implement business transformation solutions. The selected candidate will advise senior management by leveraging data, knowledge, and experience, integrating processes, technology, and advanced analytics to maximize the human potential behind new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy Digital Learning and Talent Transformation solutions aligned with the client's strategy, integrating organizational change management and technology adoption processes.

  • Advise senior management on Talent & Organization initiatives based on data, using analytical approaches and consulting methodologies to support decision-making.

  • Participate in the definition and implementation of corporate learning platforms, including LMS/LXP, cloud solutions, and GenAI use cases applied to training and development.

  • Analyze talent and learning data to generate actionable insights, create dashboards, and define impact and adoption metrics.

Accountabilities

  • Lead or contribute to Talent & Organization consulting projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing relationships with key client stakeholders.

  • Define Digital Learning, reskilling, and upskilling models, leveraging technologies such as LMS, LXP, authoring tools, learning analytics, and generative AI-based solutions.

  • Translate business needs into functional and technological requirements, collaborating with technology teams on company-wide implementations.

  • Evaluate the quality and availability of talent and learning data, designing new data models, KPIs, and reporting for leadership.
