We are looking for a Talent & Organization professional for the Digital Learning group, based in Madrid or Barcelona, who will work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders to co-create and implement business transformation solutions. The selected person will advise senior management, leveraging data, knowledge and experience, integrating processes, technology and advanced analytics to maximize the human potential behind new technologies.

Duties

• Design and deploy Digital Learning and Talent Transformation solutions aligned with the client's strategy, integrating organizational change processes and technology adoption.

• Advise senior management on data-driven Talent & Organization initiatives, using analytical approaches and consulting methodologies for decision-making.

• Participate in the definition and implementation of corporate learning platforms, including LMS/LXP, cloud solutions and GenAI use cases applied to training and development.

• Analyze talent and learning data to generate actionable insights, create dashboards and define impact and adoption metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to Talent & Organization consulting projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing relationships with key client stakeholders.

• Define Digital Learning, reskilling and upskilling models, leveraging technologies such as LMS, LXP, authoring tools, learning analytics and generative AI-based solutions.

• Translate business needs into functional and technological requirements, collaborating with technology teams on companywide implementations.

• Assess the quality and availability of talent and learning data, designing new data models, KPIs and reporting for management.

The position is based in Madrid or Barcelona under a hybrid work model, working some days from home and others from the office, where you will be able to create interesting synergies with the rest of your team. Residency in Spain and a valid work permit in Spain are essential.

La persona seleccionada asesorará a la alta dirección apoyándose en datos, conocimiento y experiencia, integrando procesos, tecnología y analítica avanzada para maximizar el potencial humano detrás de las nuevas tecnologías.

Funciones

• Diseñar y desplegar soluciones de Digital Learning y Talent Transformation alineadas con la estrategia del cliente, integrando procesos de cambio organizativo y adopción tecnológica.

• Asesorar a senior management en iniciativas de Talent & Organization basadas en datos, utilizando enfoques analíticos y metodologías de consultoría para la toma de decisiones.

• Participar en la definición e implementación de plataformas de learning corporativo, incluyendo LMS/LXP, soluciones cloud y casos de uso de GenAI aplicados a formación y desarrollo.

• Analizar datos de talento y learning para generar insights accionables, crear dashboards y definir métricas de impacto y adopción.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar o contribuir a proyectos de consultoría de Talent & Organization, coordinando equipos multidisciplinares y gestionando la relación con stakeholders clave del cliente.

• Definir modelos de Digital Learning, reskilling y upskilling, apoyándose en tecnologías como LMS, LXP, herramientas de authoring, analítica de aprendizaje y soluciones basadas en IA generativa.

• Traducir necesidades de negocio en requerimientos funcionales y tecnológicos, colaborando con equipos de tecnología en implementaciones companywide.

• Evaluar la calidad y disponibilidad de los datos de talento y aprendizaje, diseñando nuevos modelos de datos, KPIs y reporting para dirección.
