Compensation and Benefits Technician

As part of the Compensation and Benefits team, you will collaborate on projects, processes, and functions with a global impact across all ACCIONA businesses and countries:

• Participation in global market surveys.
• Provide support in conducting salary competitiveness studies and compensation analyses, collaborating on the definition and updating of salary bands.
• Support in the salary review process, as well as in preparing personnel expense budgets for that process.
• Support and liaison with countries regarding the operation of global employee share delivery plans.
• Collaborate on integrating technological solutions into Compensation and Benefits processes to drive automation and optimization of HCM (Workday), in close collaboration with Technology teams.
• Collaboration on defining, reviewing, and implementing corporate Compensation and Benefits policies for employees.
• Preparation of materials, training, and support for HR, Compensation and Benefits teams across businesses, and HRBPs for all Group businesses, for the execution and monitoring of Compensation and Benefits processes.
• Support in reviewing variable compensation systems to ensure alignment with business objectives and monitor their global implementation.
• Collaboration on designing and rolling out employee benefit and flexible compensation policies, through the preparation of materials, training, and communication.
• Participation in analyzing gender pay equity, providing support for decision-making.

• Degree in Business Administration, Law, Business Analytics, or Engineering.
• Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Leadership.

Como parte del equipo de Compensación y Beneficios, colaborarás en proyectos, procesos y funciones con impacto a nivel global en todos los negocios y países de ACCIONA:

• Participación en estudios de mercado a nivel global.
• Dar soporte en la realización de estudios de competitividad salarial y análisis retributivos, colaborando en la definición y actualización de bandas salariales.
• Soporte en el proceso de revisión salarial, así como en la elaboración de los presupuestos de gasto de personal de cara a dicho proceso.
• Soporte e interlocución con los países en la operativa de los planes globales de entrega de acciones a empleados.
• Colaborar en la integración de soluciones tecnológicas en los procesos de Compensación y Beneficios para impulsar la automatización y optimización de HCM (Workday), en estrecha colaboración con equipos de Tecnología.
• Colaboración en la definición, revisión e implementación de políticas corporativas en materia de Compensación y Beneficios para empleados.
• Preparación de materiales, formación y soporte a equipos de Recursos Humanos, Compensación y Beneficios de los negocios, y HRBP de todos los negocios del Grupo para la ejecución y seguimiento de procesos de Compensación y Beneficios.
• Apoyo en la revisión de los sistemas de retribución variable para asegurar su alineación con los objetivos de negocio y realizar el seguimiento de su implantación a nivel global.
• Colaboración en el diseño y despliegue de políticas de beneficios sociales y retribución flexible para empleados, mediante la elaboración de materiales, formación y comunicación.
• Participación en el análisis de la equidad retributiva de género, dando soporte para la toma de decisiones.

• Grado en ADE, Derecho, Business Analytics o Ingeniería.
• Máster en Gestión y Dirección de Recursos Humanos.
