Portal Team Leader (Liferay Specialist)

Technically lead the development and management of digital portals in a highly complex environment, ensuring the implementation of robust, scalable solutions aligned with technological best practices. Define, coordinate, and supervise front-end developments, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards, correct integration with infrastructure, and the effective management of internal and external stakeholders.

• Technically lead portal development projects with a focus on Liferay 7.4, ensuring the implementation of best practices and modern architectures.
• Define, design, and maintain the technical architecture of the portals, including headless CMS, micro frontends, API-first, containers, and orchestration with Kubernetes and RedHat OpenShift.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to development standards, using continuous integration tools (GitHub, Artifactory, SonarQube, Jenkins).
• Perform reporting and progress tracking of projects, managing milestones and deliverables in line with deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external providers to guarantee technical and operational alignment.
• Define and manage technological and architectural roadmaps for the portals.
• Identify and resolve technical risks, promoting innovation in solutions that improve user experience and development efficiency.
