Infrastructure and Assets Generalist Technician

• • Minimum education of Higher Level Vocational Training (CFGS) or university Technical Degree studies related to building, construction, and project management.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience developing technical tasks or of a similar nature.
  • Languages:
    • Proficiency in Spanish and Catalan C1.
    • English level B1. English must be accredited through the corresponding level certificate obtained in the last 3 years, or in case of having a certificate with an issuance date prior to the last three years or in case of not having one, or by taking the level test that BSM will provide to participating persons, which will have a validity of one year.

• Medium level of digital skills, medium ACTIC or similar.

The duties defined for this position are, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes:

• Provide support in the monitoring, control, and coordination of works in progress as well as projects under drafting, providing coverage for those tasks assigned to you.
• Provide support in the transformation projects of different spaces managed by BSM.
• Provide support in gathering requirements with internal clients and the launch studies of projects in order to define their scope, planning, and economic estimation.
• Perform the economic, temporal, and quality monitoring and control of projects, as well as compliance with client requirements and needs, within the economic planning foreseen by the company.
• Perform project monitoring following the internal protocols of BSM and Technical Services, as well as with the tools and resources provided by the company.
• Ensure that the different external agents (Designer, Auditor, Site Manager, Technical Office, among others) comply with their contracts.
• Ensure that the documentation referring to the projects is correct, coherent, complete, and archived appropriately.
• Monitor the progress of the works and control their economic and temporal compliance.
• Report and communicate the progress of the project portfolio managed in a timely and proper manner to your superiors.
• Attend to technical requests required by other BSM departments or the Barcelona City Council on matters within your competence. Ensure the protection of personal data and act according to criteria of ethics and transparency.
• Ensure safety and health in your workplace, properly using the equipment related to your activity, in accordance with established procedures and current regulations regarding occupational risk prevention.
• Ensure environmental, ethical, and social sustainability in the workplace in accordance with the commitments made, internal policies, and work procedures; as well as current ESG regulations.
• Ensure the correct functioning and monitoring of preventive, detective, or mitigating measures for risks that apply in the workplace; as well as reporting in case of detection of deviation in their compliance, in accordance with the company's integral risk management model.
• Notify information security events and incidents detected during the performance of your tasks.
• Know and comply with the regulations, procedures, and instructions relating to the proper use and security of data and associated services contained in the information security policies and associated regulations.
• Maintain the necessary secrecy regarding any type of personal and confidential information known as a result of the work developed, even once the employment relationship with the Organization has concluded.
• And, in general, all those functions of a similar nature that may be attributed to you.

At BSM, we are currently looking for a General Infrastructure and Assets Technician, located at Palau Sant Jordi with a temporary contract.
