About the role

You will be part of the launch committee of the new spin-off. Your goal will be to define and execute the business strategy to turn the technology developed by the technology center or parent company into a viable, scalable, and profitable company. You will have financial support, strategic guidance, and direct access to the investor, R&D, and technology ecosystem.

What you'll do

- Validate the business model: from technology to market.

- Build and lead the project team.

- Establish the operational, financial, and product development roadmap.
