What we're looking for

Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management —ADE— or equivalent.
Minimum of one year of experience in PMO services, monitoring digital transformation initiatives, or equivalent industrial environments.
Minimum of one year of experience with GLPI or equivalent project tracking tools. If another tool is provided, its equivalence must be justified. (Jira, ServiceNow, Redmine, Microsoft Planner, etc.)
Proven experience in monitoring reports, executive reporting, project coordination, and document management.

We are looking for a PMO Financial Analyst profile to expand one of our teams.

What you'll do

Monitoring of projects, milestones, deliverables, and open actions; updating schedules and collecting information from initiative owners.
Preparation of executive reports, minutes, presentations, and documentation for audits; organization and version control of documents.
Administration and use of GLPI: registering and updating initiatives, data quality control, report generation, and user support.
Automation of tracking sheets and tables with advanced Excel, formulas, Power Query, and basic macros, including indicators and financial tracking.
SharePoint administration: collaborative spaces, permissions, repositories, and content publishing.
