The role

At CAPITOLE we keep growing and we are expanding the PEOPLE team.

We are looking for a TALENT MANAGER to join our super team in MADRID. Are you joining the adventure?🚀✨

Your mission will be to manage the talent and well-being of our Capitole consultants.

What you'll do

Your responsibilities: 💪

Management of the team working on the client's site:
Group and individual follow-up meetings.
Annual evaluations and performance reviews.
Management of training, development and career paths.
Contract signing, final settlements, onboardings and offboardings.
Oversight of working hours, sick leave, holidays, expenses, etc.
Resolving issues, queries, managing work permits, etc.

Requirements for a good match

You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position or in generalist HR roles.
You have experience in people management.
You have good communication skills, empathy and customer service skills.
You have strong organisational and time management skills.
You have at least a B2 level in English. A fluent conversational level is essential.
You live in Madrid and/or the surrounding area.
