We are looking for a TALENT MANAGER to join our super team in MADRID. Are you joining the adventure?🚀✨

Your mission will be to manage the talent and well-being of our Capitole consultants.

What you'll do

Your responsibilities: 💪

  • Management of the team working on the client's site:
  • Group and individual follow-up meetings.
  • Annual evaluations and performance reviews.
  • Management of training, development and career paths.
  • Contract signing, final settlements, onboardings and offboardings.
  • Oversight of working hours, sick leave, holidays, expenses, etc.
  • Resolving issues, queries, managing work permits, etc.
