The role

Hello!

At Capitole we are expanding our business team in Madrid and we are looking for an IT Business Manager Junior. Are you up for a new challenge in a tech consultancy? 🚀✨

Your mission will be to prospect and open new client accounts, manage part of the ones we already have, and manage your business unit with consultants. We are looking for a profile with experience as an IT Recruiter in outsourcing who has carried out commercial tasks or wants to dedicate themselves to it.

What you'll do

You will be directly in charge of your own Business Unit, carrying out the following FUNCTIONS: 💪

Identify new business opportunities in the market.
Attraction and opening of new accounts (prospecting / hunting)
Business strategy, management and retention of existing clients (farming). You will initially inherit/share an account and manage the ones you secure.
Respond to client needs.
Stay in close contact with Capitole's IT selection team to respond to all those client needs and help them find the best match.
Financial management of the Business Unit.

REQUIREMENTS

REQUIREMENTS for a good match 🧩:

Experience as an IT Recruiter in outsourcing and you have carried out commercial tasks or want to dedicate yourself to it.
Experience working with the Spanish market.
Solid technical knowledge of the IT/tech sector (tech/IT engineering profiles, stacks/technologies, programming languages, target companies, opportunities, etc.).
Good communication skills, empathy and organization.
Results-oriented and people-oriented.
Good organizational and time management skills.
High level of English (minimum fluent B2) to be able to communicate with clients in English.
Very high or native level of Spanish.
You are passionate about challenges.
You enjoy business development and the commercial side.
You reside in Madrid and/or the surrounding area or you are open to relocating.
