The role

Mission:
Ensure the correct execution of the project's critical maneuvers, complying with the company's safety regulations and with the drawings and procedures established for each specific maneuver.

What you'll do

The main responsibilities are:
- Analyze beforehand the different maneuvers required during the project (study of the assembly drawings).
- Plan the different maneuvers within the project planning, assessing the necessary resources.
- Execute the project's critical maneuvers, resolving any incidents that arise, complying with the company's safety regulations, and following the drawings and procedures generated by the Maneuvers Engineering Department.
- Attend coordination meetings for the Assembly, Logistics, and Expediting areas, as well as Maneuvers Calculation.
- Ensure compliance with the Company's Code of Ethics and Conduct.
- Comply with the Anti-Bribery Policy as well as the obligations set forth in the Corporate Compliance Program (CCP) (Policy, Code of Ethics and Conduct, Crime Prevention Plan and Procedures) and ensure its compliance within their area of responsibility.
- Collaborate with the organization in improving compliance management through good practices at work.
- Professional, honest, and loyal behavior towards the organization, its business partners, and collaborating companies.

Requirements:

Education: Higher or intermediate engineering degree, or naval or industrial engineering
Experience in the position: 5 years of experience in performing maneuvers, specialized in heavy lifting
