Accounts Receivable Administrator

• Vocational Training or Degree in Administration and Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related areas.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections management, debt recovery, Accounts Receivable, or financial administration.
• Experience working in corporate environments or companies with a high volume of customers and billing.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience using ERP and CRM tools for the management and monitoring of collections.
• Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a results orientation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with customers.

• B2 English level is a plus.

Your objectives as Accounts Receivable Clerk? 

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct monitoring, control, and execution of collection processes. Your mission will be to ensure the efficient recovery of debt, keep customer statuses up to date, and coordinate the necessary actions to minimize overdue balances.

You will work in direct contact with customers, sales teams, billing, and other internal areas, contributing to the correct management of the billing and collection cycle.

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you must perform the following functions:  

• Manage and monitor outstanding invoices, ensuring the continuous updating of customer debt status.
• Contact customers for the claim of unpaid amounts, negotiation of payment commitments, and follow-up on reached agreements.
• Identify key interlocutors and gather the necessary information to expedite the resolution of incidents related to collection.
• Analyze, manage, and resolve administrative, contractual, or billing incidents that may affect collection deadlines.
• Keep records, debt statuses, and actions taken up to date in corporate systems and tools.
• Prepare monitoring and reporting reports on overdue debt, payment commitments, risks, and collection trends.
• Coordinate with the Billing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure the correct management of the billing and collection cycle.
• Participate in continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization initiatives aimed at reducing outstanding debt and improving cash flow.
