You will support the management of the main corporate Procurement Systems (SAP, Jaggaer, Achilles, Controlar), collaborating in the operational management of spot purchases, framework agreements, and commercial contracts.
You will collaborate in preparing technical and administrative documentation for contracting Scheduled Shutdowns.
You will help prepare key monitoring reports such as the Annual Procurement Plan, One Page reports, and BPO reports.
You will participate in the search for potential suppliers and support market intelligence and cost tools (Beroe, Should Cost, TVO).

Students in the final years of a degree or master's program in Industrial Technologies Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related qualifications.

Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute procedural rigor to file management and supplier relations.
Analytical skills for preparing and interpreting monitoring reports and databases.
Communication skills for interacting with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Knowledge and handling of business management tools and systems.
Interest in the industrial sector, procurement process optimization, and supply strategy.
Minimum duration of 6 months with the possibility of an extension.
