Job Qualifications**

* Advanced proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, CDE, etc.).

* Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

Job Summary**
We are looking for a BIM Technician to join our team. The selected person will be responsible for the implementation and management of the BIM methodology in our projects, guaranteeing efficiency and quality in all phases of the construction life cycle.
Job Responsibilities**
* Develop and maintain BIM models for different projects, ensuring consistency and compliance with established standards.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (engineers, architects, project managers) to integrate BIM information in all phases of the project.
* Perform model reviews, clash detection, and generation of coordination reports.
* Support the creation and application of internal BIM standards and protocols.
* Train and advise other team members on the use of BIM tools and methodologies.
* Ensure the quality and accuracy of the information contained in the BIM models.
* Participate in the continuous improvement of BIM workflows.
