Pharmaceutical Consultant

• University degree in Pharmacy or related degrees in Health Sciences.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pharmacy office and/or in pharmaceutical marketing or consulting, preferably with direct contact with pharmacies.
• Knowledge of the operational functioning of a pharmacy office.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis) and knowledge of Power BI and Business Intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing, category management, promotions, and visual merchandising.
• Proficiency in tools such as CRM, Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or similar.
• Proactive, communicative, and empathetic profile, with a results orientation and analytical capacity.
• Good organization, autonomy, and the ability to work in dynamic and collaborative environments.
• Residency in BARCELONA and availability for occasional travel.

• Manage and support an assigned portfolio of pharmacies, establishing relationships of trust and long-term collaboration.
• Advise pharmacies on improving profitability, business management, marketing, communication, and internal organization.
• Analyze performance data and prepare reports with improvement proposals and personalized action plans.
• Drive commercial actions, promotional campaigns, and strategies for category management and visual merchandising at the point of sale.
• Detect growth opportunities and anticipate the needs of pharmacies, proposing strategic solutions.
• Collaborate in the development and improvement of analysis, reporting, and pharmacy support tools.
• Participate in internal training, workshops, and practical sessions with pharmacies and internal teams.
