About the role
An international healthcare company is seeking an International Area Manager to support the growth and development of its distributor and partner network across multiple European markets. This role will focus on partner management, commercial performance monitoring, business development support, and cross-functional coordination.

What you'll do
- Manage and develop relationships with international distributors, licensees, and commercial partners.
- Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and market results, identifying opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular business reviews and ensure effective follow-up of commercial action plans.
- Support annual business planning, sales target setting, and commercial initiatives with key partners.
- Coordinate product launches, portfolio initiatives, pricing updates, and commercial projects across markets.
- Maintain visibility of key partner agreements, commercial commitments, and business priorities.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Act as key user and owner of CRM data quality, reporting, pipeline tracking, and commercial follow-up activities.
- Prepare business reviews, management reports, market analyses, and partner performance presentations.
- Support the identification and mapping of potential new partners across priority European markets.
- Leverage industry knowledge and professional networks to facilitate introductions and business development opportunities.
- Support participation in international trade fairs, industry events, and partnering meetings.
- Ensure disciplined follow-up of commercial activities, opportunities, and strategic initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Approximately 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, OTC, medical devices, or related healthcare sectors.
- Proven experience managing distributors, licensees, or commercial partners across multiple international markets.
- Strong exposure to European healthcare markets and distribution models.
- Existing network of distributors, commercial partners, and industry stakeholders within Europe is highly valued.
- Experience in sales forecasting, commercial reporting, CRM management, and performance analysis.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional and international environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Highly organized, structured, and execution-oriented.
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently with a high level of ownership.
- Ability to manage multiple markets, priorities, and projects simultaneously.
- Fluent English required; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis (approximately 20%).
