As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for attending to guests' needs upon arrival and departure, as well as providing them with an exceptional overall experience during their stay, in line with the hotel's vision and values regarding guest satisfaction.

What you'll do

  • Provide excellent and personalized customer service, guaranteeing a quality experience throughout the entire stay.
