The role

At Grupo Crit we are looking for an Administrative Assistant for the Labor Department to handle the management and administration of human resources, serving as the link between the company and the external consulting firm.

What you'll do

Coordination of hires, terminations and contracts: Notify the consulting firm about hires or dismissals with the necessary advance notice.
Gathering documentation from the employee: Request ID, bank account and documents required for Form 145.
Collecting variables for preparing payroll: Record overtime, bonuses, commissions, per diems or mileage.
Monitoring absenteeism: Report on sick leave or time off.
Managing the employees' holiday schedule.
Ensuring the signing of documents and filing them properly.
Overseeing the Working Time Register and handling matters before the Labour Inspectorate.
Employee Support to resolve queries.
Managing certificates requested by employees.
Delivering documentation, including pay slips.
Coordinating occupational risk prevention and the corresponding training.

How you'll work

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
