Requirements

What we're looking for

Required experience: At least one year in an Insurance Company, Brokerage, and/or Assistance Company in the processing of miscellaneous claims.

Demonstrable experience in the review of expert reports and assistance quotes. Candidates whose experience is limited to telephone customer service should refrain from applying.

Required experience of at least 6 months in an Insurance Company, Brokerage, and/or Assistance Company in the processing of miscellaneous claims.
Training in Large Risks and Fraud or similar for the management of insurance claims will be positively valued.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance company websites.
The position requires a dynamic, proactive, and decisive person, accustomed to working in a team.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 18:00 h. with one hour for lunch, and Friday from 09:00 to 15:00 h. with alternating on-call shifts from 11:30 to 18:00 h.
Contract: 3 months via ETT (Temporary Employment Agency), with the possibility of joining the permanent staff.
Location: Paseo la Castellana
Salary: €18,000 gross/year.
Mode: On-site.

The role

At Grupo Crit, we are looking for several Miscellaneous Claims Handlers for an important company located in Paseo la Castellana.

What you'll do

Perform the opening of assigned files, time control, and coordination between the parties involved in the claim (assistance, expert, insured, company).
Review coverages by providing technical support to the Expert Network.
Guarantee the quality service required by our clients and proceed with the administrative and accounting closure of files within the environments of the various insurers.
Review incidents occurring after the closure of the file.
