Massage Therapist at H10 Rubicón Horizons Collection

H10 Hotels is looking to hire a Massage Therapist for our hotel H10 Rubicón Horizons Collection, in Lanzarote.

The duties to be performed will be:

• Perform massages and body treatments according to the Spa protocols.
• Cleaning and tidiness, both in the treatment cabin, as well as the Spa and Fitness area and the Spa and Fitness area and the Spa and the Spa and Fitness area and the area, both of the treatment cabin and the Spa and Fitness space.
• Respectful and courteous treatment of the client in any area of the Hotel and the Spa.
• Orientation and information for the client visiting the Spa, pool and/or Fitness.
• Advise the client according to their needs in both treatments and products.
• Front desk duties: Managing calls, information and booking of treatments, and client reservations of treatments, treatment bookings, and welcome and farewell of the client.
• Fluent communication with the Spa Manager and departments to resolve any issues.

H10 Hotels precisa incorporar a una persona como Masajista en nuestro hotel H10 Rubicón Horizons Collection, en Lanzarote.

Las funciones a realizar serán:

• Realizar masajes y tratamientos corporales según los protocolos del Spa.
• Limpieza y orden, tanto de la cabina de tratamientos, como del espacio del Spa y Fitness.
• Trato respetuoso y educado con el cliente en cualquier área del Hotel y del Spa.
• Orientación e información al cliente que visite el Spa, piscina y/o Fitness.
• Asesorar al cliente según sus necesidades tanto en tratamientos como en productos.
• Tareas de recepción: Gestión de llamadas, información y reserva de tratamientos, bienvenida y despedida del cliente.
• Comunicación fluida con el Responsable del Spa y departamentos para solventar cualquier incidencia.
