What you'll do

Welcome guests, perform check-ins and check-outs following the hotel's quality standards.
Manage guest requests and inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction at all times.
Assist in managing and updating reservations in the hotel management system (PMS).
Support in resolving issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and memorable experience for guests.
Perform administrative tasks related to the reception, such as managing correspondence and daily reports.
