At Secrets Mallorca Villamil Resort & Spa, we are looking for a Front Office Intern to join our Front Office team and live a unique experience in a 5-star environment.

You will have the opportunity to learn from great professionals while contributing to creating memorable experiences for our guests.

• Welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out according to the hotel's quality standards.

• Handling guest requests, inquiries, and incidents, always ensuring the best customer experience.

• Supporting the management and updating of reservations in the PMS system.

• Collaborating in resolving incidents, contributing to guest satisfaction.

• Coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth and excellent experience.

• Performing administrative tasks typical of the front desk (reports, correspondence, etc.).

• Students or recent graduates in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or similar.

• Advanced level of Spanish and English (other languages will be valued).

• Service vocation, communication skills, and attention to detail.

• Basic knowledge of PMS and office tools (Excel).

• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
