Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in administrative positions involving labor functions and personnel management.
  • Practical knowledge of labor administration and PRL
  • Good command of Excel and IT tools
  • Knowledge of Sage 200 or other ERPs and basic accounting knowledge
  • Organized, proactive person with an interest in new technologies (AI)
  • Immediate availability to start.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

  • Salary: 15,87€/h
  • Immediate start.
  • 3-month contract via ETT and then permanent incorporation by the company
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30h to 12:30h

The role

At Iman Temporing Rubi, we are looking for an Administrator for an industrial company located in Rubí dedicated to the development and manufacture of automation systems.

What you'll do

- Labor administration and coordination with the management agency

- Time tracking, clock-ins, absenteeism, and incidents.

- Document coordination for occupational risk prevention (PRL)

- Updating documentation relating to data protection.

- Administrative management of insurance, vehicles, and general services.

- Monitoring of collections, maturities, and commercial documentation.

- General administrative support to the different areas of the company.
