The role

From the Molins de Rei office, we need to bring on board a Customer Service professional with a strong analytical profile for a client company located in Molins de Rei in the logistics sector.

What you'll do

Analysis of production and order data.
ABC classification and tracking of items.
Study of demand trends and behavior.
Order management and tracking.
Direct communication with clients to resolve issues and follow up on their needs.
Preparation of reports and summaries.
