About the role

The City Lead has full responsibility for the daily operations and performance of an urban depot. Although still heavily involved in operational tasks (60-70%), this role carries clear managerial and financial accountability.

Leads the local team, manages depot costs, ensures efficient fleet turnover, and promotes continuous improvement in operations. This role is responsible not only for execution but also for results.
