Requirements
What we're looking for
- Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or similar.
- Fluent level of English and Spanish
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical laboratory, within the Stability area.
- Experience in handling equipment and techniques associated with physicochemical testing.
- Solid knowledge of GMP.
- Proficiency in EMPOWER, an essential requirement
Nice to have
- Experience with injectable products will be particularly valued.
- Knowledge of SAP and LabWare will be valued

What you'll do
- Coordinate and review the physicochemical analyses of injectable products.
- Prepare protocols and reports for ICH and annual stability studies.
- Evaluate change controls with potential impact on stability studies.
- Manage the entry and exit of samples in the stability chambers.
- Manage the stock and orders of reference standards, reagents, and laboratory materials.
- Ensure the correct use of the main laboratory equipment and associated software.
- Perform equipment calibration and verification.
- Guarantee compliance with internal, external, and regulatory quality standards, as well as current procedures and methods.
- Execute critical analyses when necessary.
- Draft and review procedures, analytical methods, and specifications for the Physicochemical Laboratory.
- Review pharmacopeias (USP and Ph. Eur.) and implement necessary changes in internal procedures and methods.
- Train the analyst team on new or updated procedures.
- Carry out analytical investigations and prepare the corresponding reports.
- Resolve analytical incidents and problems, providing technical support and expert knowledge to the team.
- Investigate, complete, and follow up on assigned OOS, OOT, deviations, and CAPAs.
