Contract Management Technician

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Law, or Political Science and Administration.
• Minimum of 5 years of general work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in public procurement management within the scope of Law 9/2017, on Public Sector Contracts.

• Experience in the following will be especially valued: Economic-budgetary and administrative management, processing of public procurement files, management of contracts, agreements, and assignments to in-house resources.
• Knowledge of tools such as SOROLLA, SICR, PLACSP or similar, and advanced knowledge of databases (SQL Server or MySQL or Excel) will be especially valued.

At Izertis, we are looking to expand our team by bringing on a Procurement Management Technician to become part of one of our most important clients in the public sector.

• Support in budget management and monitoring.
• Preparation and maintenance of dashboards for monitoring budget execution.
• Support in the registration and management of information relating to contracts, assignments, and agreements in administrative management applications and systems, such as SOROLLA2, SICR, PLACSP, etc.
• Preparation of the documentation necessary for the processing of files with the contracting bodies and the Delegated Comptroller's Office.
• Support in actions related to the communication and registration of contracts, agreements, assignments to in-house resources, and patrimonial contracts.
• Support in the processing and monitoring of files with the Delegated Comptroller's Office.
• Monitoring and management of administrative and economic-budgetary procedures associated with the company's activity.
