Join our Contract Logistics team in Mejorada del Campo as an IT Specialist, where you will play a key role in managing and evolving the corporate warehouse management systems (WMS) and support tools that drive our operations nationwide

As an Information Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring compliance with Kuehne+Nagel corporate standards for warehouse management systems (WMS), as well as the rest of the support systems for all Contract Logistics operations in Spain. Additionally, you will lead new developments in warehouse and transport systems, guaranteeing functional support to users and contributing to the continuous improvement of logistics processes nationwide. You will act under the guidelines of the National Director of Logistics Systems, Processes, and Project Implementations (ZL‑I), aligned with the logistics strategy defined by National Logistics.

• Lead new developments and improvements in warehouse and transport systems to increase productivity and operational quality;
• Design, configure, and implement IT solutions aligned with corporate standards;
• Analyze interfaces and coordinate developments with internal teams and external providers;.
• Resolve incidents and ensure the operational continuity of the systems;
• Implement new processes and functionalities in management systems (WMS/TMS);
• Identify operational and customer needs, proposing appropriate technological solutions;
• Train and provide support to super users and operational teams;
• Collaborate closely with regional and corporate IS teams;
• Participate in periodic meetings with management, commercial, and operational teams to align needs and priorities;
• Guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information, complying with applicable management systems.
