The Defense Project Logistics Customer Excellence Specialist is responsible for organizing, supervising, and ensuring the correct development of all their customers' transport operations, while simultaneously guaranteeing maximum customer satisfaction. Data quality, safety (HSE), and operational excellence are key elements in their day-to-day work.

Acts as the primary point of contact for the customer, providing information, resolving inquiries, and building a solid and trusting relationship with customers, suppliers, colleagues, and various business units. Additionally, they are responsible for order profitability, correct invoicing, and data quality.

• Organize and supervise cargo transport from start to finish.
• Ensure that all systems are updated accurately and promptly.
• Monitor the operational performance of all parties involved and report incidents.
• Review and guarantee compliance with the KPIs agreed upon with the customer.
• Manage gross profit (GP) planning and ensure the profitability of operations.
• Maintain a high level of data quality and report incidents immediately.
• Collaborate proactively with other teams (hubs, chartering, engineering, BU, etc.) to ensure smooth processes.
• Foster a solution-oriented mindset, maintaining high standards of professionalism and safety (HSE) compliance.
