• Provide close and honest guidance to future students so they can achieve their goals.

• Clearly demonstrate how Ucademy can help them (and also what will be required of them!).

• Manage your lead portfolio to achieve a high conversion rate.- Analyze team data and metrics to refine your strategy and exceed objectives.

🤝 Teamwork and Continuous Improvement

• You will be a key part of a tight-knit team, where the collective result comes first.

• Document processes, propose improvements, and share learnings: here, knowledge multiplies.
