The role
What you'll do
- Time Control: Verification of clock-ins and monitoring of discrepancies. Recording of absences.
- Database updates and internal reports and reporting (absenteeism, talent, headcount)
- Communication and administrative management of the Training Plan: Communication of sessions, management of documentation for FUNDAE subsidies, internal registration and training indicators.
- Support in recruitment processes: Resume screening and phone interviews.
- Support in onboarding processes and internal communication
- Collaboration in promoting and communicating the application of Lactalis HR policies, procedures, projects and events.
