Requirements

The role

We are looking to hire Customer Service Staff to bring citizens information and advice regarding energy efficiency, renewable energies, and energy aid and incentive programs.
You will be the first point of contact for citizens needing information on energy aid, subsidies, and energy saving and efficiency measures, offering close, professional, and high-quality service.
What you'll do
- In-person assistance to citizens.
- Information and guidance on aid programs, incentives, and subsidies related to energy.
- Resolution of administrative inquiries and support during application processes.
- Support in the management and processing of documentary files.
- Registration and tracking of applications through management platforms.
- Dissemination of initiatives related to energy efficiency and renewable energies.
- Coordination with the project's technical and administrative team to ensure correct service to users.
