MISSION

To drive and evolve the capabilities of the MAPFRE Group's Anti-Fraud Reference Center, providing operational anti-fraud teams with advanced technological and analytical tools that enable them to effectively detect, prioritize, and investigate fraudulent activities, as well as measure, optimize, and maximize the impact of anti-fraud processes across the Group's different countries and business lines.

To act as a liaison between local anti-fraud teams and the corporate anti-fraud technology platform, ensuring that the operational needs and fraud specifics of each country are translated into efficient, scalable technological solutions aligned with the Group's global strategy.

ACTIVITIES

  • To coordinate and monitor the anti-fraud platform development teams, overseeing the planning, execution, and quality of platform releases.
  • To maintain ongoing communication with the anti-fraud, business, and technology areas in each country to understand current and future needs.
  • To identify new improvement opportunities and define new use cases, advanced functionalities, and analytical capabilities within the platform.
