LOCATION.- MAJADAHONDA-CTRA POZUELO, 52 Building 2

To drive and evolve the capabilities of the MAPFRE Group's Anti-Fraud Reference Center, providing operational anti-fraud teams with advanced technological and analytical tools that enable them to effectively detect, prioritize, and investigate fraudulent activities, as well as measure, optimize, and maximize the impact of anti-fraud processes across the Group's different countries and business lines.

To act as a liaison between local anti-fraud teams and the corporate anti-fraud technology platform, ensuring that the operational needs and fraud specifics of each country are translated into efficient, scalable technological solutions aligned with the Group's global strategy.

• Proactively identify new functional and analytical needs, and lead the design of complex functionalities within the anti-fraud platform.
• Supervise and coordinate internal development teams responsible for the design, evolution, and maintenance of the anti-fraud technology platform, ensuring the achievement of functional, technical, and quality objectives.
• To act as a reference figure and liaison between the anti-fraud, business, and technology areas of the different MAPFRE Group countries.
• To gain an in-depth understanding of operational anti-fraud processes and the specific fraud cases in each country, ensuring their correct translation into common technological solutions.
• Lead the definition, prioritization, and alignment of the anti-fraud platform roadmap, building consensus with local and corporate stakeholders.
• Facilitate decision-making and remove organizational, functional, or technological obstacles that may hinder the progress of anti-fraud initiatives.
• Ensure that the platform's analytical and functional capabilities enable the measurement, optimization, and maximization of the impact of fraud prevention processes.
• To promote a collaborative, homogeneous working model aligned with the Group's global anti-fraud strategy.

As this is a position of trust and for the security area, full-time availability is required, with immediate availability for placement.

• To coordinate and monitor the anti-fraud platform development teams, overseeing the planning, execution, and quality of platform releases.
• To maintain ongoing communication with the anti-fraud, business, and technology areas in each country to understand current and future needs.
• To identify new improvement opportunities and define new use cases, advanced functionalities, and analytical capabilities within the platform.
• To translate business and anti-fraud needs into complex functional requirements, ensuring they are properly understood by development teams.
• To design, together with development teams, the functional and analytical solution for the new capabilities to be implemented.
• To lead working forums and steering committees to reach consensus on priorities, validate progress, and align expectations.
• To identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, driving corrective actions to ensure roadmap compliance.
• To oversee the implementation and adoption of new functionalities, evaluating their impact through KPIs and anti-fraud metrics.
• To ensure the coherence of developed solutions with the technological architecture and corporate standards.

Minimum 4 years in software development and architectures, specifically Python development and architectures based on microservices, events (Kafka), orchestration layers (Airflow), non-relational databases (MongoDB), and cloud services (AWS/Azure).

At least 3 years of experience in project management tasks and working with clients without technical knowledge.

Desirable experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools, such as Power BI, for creating dashboards, visualizations, KPI tracking, etc.

This position will report to the Deputy Director of the Anti-Fraud Reference Center.
