The role

At Paul Marlex we are looking for a Sales Representative to manage and develop a territory covering Galicia, Asturias, and Cantabria, within a well-known company in the seed sector. In this way, contributing to business growth and offering high-value solutions to distributors and farmers.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for developing the commercial strategy in Galicia, Asturias, and Cantabria, driving sales of the various product lines (corn, sunflower, rapeseed, cereals, alfalfa, among others), and contributing to the growth of revenue and profitability.

Design and implement the commercial action plan for your area together with the Marketing team.
Develop and maintain loyalty among a network of distributors and farmers.
Promote the product portfolio through demonstrations, field days, and commercial meetings.
Make regular visits to identify business opportunities and boost sales.
Negotiate commercial agreements and follow up on the client portfolio.
Prepare sales forecasts and track objectives.
Manage incidents and complaints, ensuring an excellent level of service.
Coordinate order tracking, deliveries, and collections.
Analyze the market, identify trends, and spot opportunities against the competition.
Keep CRM information up to date and prepare activity reports.

What are we looking for?

Education in Agricultural Technical Engineering, Agronomy, or similar.
Previous experience in commercial positions within the agricultural sector, preferably in seeds, crop protection products, fertilizers, or agricultural supplies.
Profile with a results-oriented mindset, negotiation skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Organized, autonomous person with the ability to plan their commercial activity.
Interest in technical advisory and continuous contact with farmers and distributors.
Availability to travel within the assigned area.
Valid driver's license.
