Requirements

What we're looking for

· University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or an equivalent qualification.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Linux systems, virtualization, corporate storage, and backup systems.

· Experience with Microsoft 365, cloud services, and LAN, WAN, VLAN, routing, switching, and SD-WAN networks.

· Knowledge of corporate VPNs, connectivity between sites via IPsec and firewalls, especially Fortinet, MikroTik, or Sophos.

· Knowledge of monitoring and administration of ICT infrastructures.

· Knowledge of cybersecurity applied to technological infrastructures.

· Functional English for communication with international teams and providers.

We are looking for a person with technical leadership, analytical capacity, and a problem-solving orientation, who combines strategic vision and technical execution to guarantee system stability and drive the technological evolution of the company.

Nice to have

· Knowledge of automation through scripts, Docker containers, Kubernetes, and platforms such as Coolify and Rancher will be valued.

· Experience in the implementation of solutions based on artificial intelligence and process automation will be valued.

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a consolidated and growing business group in the search for a Senior Infrastructure and Communications Manager to join their team in Lleida.

What you'll do

· Administer and evolve the group's technological infrastructures, including servers, virtualization, storage, and corporate services.

· Define the technological architecture necessary to respond to the current and future needs of the business.

· Manage hybrid environments and cloud platforms, guaranteeing the availability, capacity, and performance of corporate systems.

· Supervise the communication networks between the different sites and production centers, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routing, switching, and SD-WAN infrastructures.

· Lead projects for the expansion, renewal, and modernization of corporate infrastructures and networks.

· Define and supervise backup and recovery procedures, guaranteeing the continuity of critical services in the event of possible incidents.

· Coordinate the resolution of complex infrastructure and communications incidents, as well as plan system updates and improvements.

· Collaborate with the cybersecurity area in the implementation of protection measures, access control, network segmentation, and corporate systems security.

· Coordinate and supervise technological providers, guaranteeing compliance with established service levels.

· Keep technical documentation and technological asset inventories up to date, defining administration standards and best practices.

· Provide specialized technical support to the team and contribute to the professional development of its members.
