What we're looking for

Solid experience in systems administration, infrastructure, and IT operations.
Experience in managing Microsoft 365 environments.
Advanced knowledge of Windows and Linux systems.
Experience administering networks, servers, storage, and firewalls.
Practical knowledge of cybersecurity and technological risk management.
Experience coordinating technological providers and multidisciplinary teams.

The role

Responsible for leading the management, availability, and security of the company's technological infrastructure, coordinating internal teams and external providers. You will participate in digital transformation and cybersecurity projects, driving system modernization, the adoption of new technologies, and the continuous improvement of the IT environment.

What you'll do

Lead the daily management and operation of the company's technological infrastructure, guaranteeing the availability, stability, and performance of the systems.
Coordinate and supervise the internal IT team and external technological providers.
Administer and evolve Microsoft 365 environments, servers, networks, and corporate firewalls.
Drive cybersecurity initiatives, identifying risks and implementing appropriate protection measures.
Manage business continuity plans, disaster recovery, and backup strategies.
Lead projects for the updating, migration, and modernization of the technological infrastructure.
Supervise the correct functioning of critical business applications, including the corporate ERP and databases.
Identify improvement opportunities and implement new technologies that add value to the organization.
Act as the main technological reference, aligning business needs with the company's IT strategy.
