Previous experience of 2-3 years in sales positions, preferably in the industrial sector.
Bilingual Catalan, essential.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Dynamic, proactive profile with a customer orientation.

Residency at a maximum approximate distance of 25 km from Sant Esteve de Sesrovires.

The role

Marlex People is collaborating with an industrial sector company located in Sant Esteve de Sesrovires, which is looking to hire an External Sales Representative to expand its sales team and develop its client portfolio in Catalonia.

We are looking for a person with commercial experience in the industrial sector, initiative, and motivation to grow professionally within a project with great development possibilities.

What you'll do

You will initially join the offices to gain an in-depth knowledge of the company's products, services, and working methodology. Subsequently, you will progressively assume external sales functions, conducting client visits alongside the area manager during the initial phase.

Manage and develop commercial relationships with clients in the industrial sector.
Carry out scheduled commercial visits in different parts of Catalonia.
Prepare meetings and commercial proposals adapted to the needs of each client.
Detect new business opportunities and boost the client portfolio.
Follow up on commercial opportunities and negotiate proposals.
Work together with the sales manager to achieve the established objectives.
