What you'll do

As a Human Resources Consultant specializing in Temporary Staffing (ETT), you will be responsible for managing recruitment and hiring processes, as well as monitoring workers assigned to client companies. You will play a key role in the daily management of temporary work processes, guaranteeing a quality service to both clients and candidates.

What will your responsibilities be?

Manage recruitment processes for client companies, from posting job offers and CV screening to conducting interviews and selecting candidates.
Manage temporary staffing needs, ensuring an agile and effective response to client demands.
Carry out hiring and manage the necessary labor documentation for onboarding, in coordination with the corresponding departments.
Coordinate onboarding, renewals, contract terminations, and other management tasks related to workers.
Monitor workers during their assignment, resolving incidents and attending to their needs.
Maintain fluid communication with client companies to understand their staffing needs, monitor services, and guarantee their satisfaction.
Manage incidents related to absences, medical leave, substitutions, and urgent job coverage.
Monitor activity and service quality indicators, contributing to the achievement of the office's objectives.
Collaborate with the team in client retention and the detection of new staffing needs, with a focus oriented toward service and quality.

What are we looking for in you?

Previous experience in recruitment, temporary staffing (ETT), Human Resources consulting, or personnel management.
Valuable experience in managing hiring processes and monitoring workers.
Good communication skills, organizational capacity, and customer orientation.
Agility to manage several processes simultaneously and adapt to day-to-day needs.
A resourceful, proactive, and dynamic person with the ability to work in a team.
Ability to manage incidents and respond to urgent hiring needs.
Availability of a personal vehicle to carry out professional travel, when necessary.
