What we're looking for

Associate Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or University Degree and experience in tourism.
Knowledge of SIRIUS; knowledge in Integrations, CRS, PMS, etc., will be valued.
English - High level written and spoken. (Native or bilingual)
Organized, resourceful, proactive person, accustomed to working in a team and with the capacity to adapt to changes.
Ease of working simultaneously on different tasks.
Experience in managing extranets will be valued.

The role

We are looking to add a person to the Global Revenue Strategy Integrations Service team, located in Madrid, to provide support for integrations between our systems and the various distribution channels, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to guarantee the correct functioning of connections and the commercialization of our hotels.

This is an ideal opportunity to acquire experience in the area of Revenue Distribution and Integrations within a global company.

What will your duties be?

What you'll do

Put the requested hotels, rooms, and rates up for sale in the various integrated OTAs, agencies, and Tour Operators.
Analyze information and loading requests, transferring these to the various interfaces.
Coordinate the creation of the necessary products with both internal and external clients.
Provide internal support regarding integrations and their functioning.
Analyze and resolve incidents reported by both hotels and the channels themselves.
