The role

In our Michael Page Zaragoza offices, we are looking to bring on board a professional with great ambition and enthusiasm to work in a sector driven by people.

What you'll do

The life of a recruitment consultant is exciting; it requires many different skills. One day you might be having a meeting with a client from an interesting company, and the next you might be interviewing a candidate and advising them on what is best for their professional career.

You will develop your commercial ability and your client orientation, and you will help change the professional lives of many people, both clients and candidates.

Your day-to-day will consist of:

- Establishing and building strong relationships with candidates and clients.

- Business development and generation (commercial and sales functions).

- Evaluating and responding to each client's needs to provide excellent service.

- Advising clients on labor and hiring matters.

- Managing the entire candidate process from sourcing, interviewing, and hiring to follow-up.

- Offering advice and guidance to our candidates.
